Repair Supply Handler Manchester City Centre | Office Based | Permanent 35 hours per week | Monday - Friday £26,000 + Excellent Benefits Are you experienced in motor claims, insurance, accident management, or vehicle repairs? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep claims moving efficiently, we'd love to hear from you. MPJ Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the North West's leading repair management providers, delivering a seamless experience for customers and partners. As they continue to grow, they looking for a proactive Repair Supply Handler to join the Manchester team. What you'll do • Manage repair claims to minimise delays and keep cases progressing. • Liaise with repairers, engineers, recovery agents and salvage partners to meet service levels. • Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. • Maintain accurate claim records and ensure all actions are followed through. • Work in line with FCA, GDPR and company compliance standards. What we're looking for • Experience in insurance, motor claims, accident management or vehicle repairs is desirable. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities. • Good Excel and administrative skills. • A proactive approach with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
