Reprographics Assistant within a fantastic Law firm Location: Mayfair, London Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum Working pattern: On site Overview: I am excited to offer an opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected and well-established law firms as a Reprographics Assistant. As part of our Business Services team, you will play an integral role in supporting our lawyers and business support colleagues by delivering a high-quality reprographics service. Your work will contribute directly to the smooth running of the firm and the delivery of outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities: • Produce high-quality printing, photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating, and document finishing services. • Manage high-volume print requests while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. • Prepare court bundles, trial bundles, client presentations, and legal documentation to a high standard. • Operate and maintain digital print and finishing equipment, reporting faults where necessary. • Monitor paper, toner, and stationery supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained. • Prioritise workloads to meet urgent and business-critical requests from legal and business support teams. • Ensure all work is handled in accordance with confidentiality and information security requirements. • Provide support with incoming and outgoing mail, courier requests, and document distribution when required. • Maintain accurate records of print jobs and departmental activity where appropriate. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reprographics processes and service delivery. • Build positive working relationships across the firm by providing a responsive and professional service. About You: The successful candidate will demonstrate: • Previous experience within a reprographics, print room, document production, or administrative support environment. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. • Good communication and customer service skills. • A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to support colleagues across the business. • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and digital document management systems. • Knowledge of professional print and finishing equipment is desirable. • Experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous but not essential.
