Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Essex, £35,000+ (DOE) - A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Essex is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and friendly property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to handle a quality caseload while developing their career within a supportive and progressive firm. REF:4726. THE ROLE: • You will be responsible for running your own residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, advising clients throughout the transaction and ensuring a smooth and efficient service. • Your caseload will consist of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership matters and general residential property advice • Alongside managing your own files, you will work closely with colleagues across the department, providing support where required and contributing to the continued success of the team. SKILLS REQUIRED: • Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 Years PQE. • A sound understanding of the residential property transaction process and current conveyancing practice. • The ability to manage files efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service. • A proactive approach to business development and building lasting relationships with clients and referrers. • The ability to work confidently on your own initiative while contributing positively within a collaborative team. • A professional, approachable and personable manner.
