Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Worcestershire, Full-Time or Part-Time Considered, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 4751. THE ROLE: • You will join a supportive team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to clients across the region. • The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with appropriate administrative support. • Your caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build transactions, shared ownership matters, buy-to-let purchases and investments and general residential property advice SKILLS REQUIRED: • Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years PQE. • Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently • Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions • Excellent client care and communication skills • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • A proactive and organised approach to workload management • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service ON OFFER: • Competitive salary • Full-time or part-time hours considered • A supportive and friendly working environment • Genuine career progression • Flexible working arrangements HOW TO APPLY: Contact Alicia Forde on or email . eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
