Conveyancing Fee Earner / Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer - Milton Keynes / Hybrid - £55,000pa + Annual Bonus + Benefits Our clients, an established and highly reputable Law Firm with offices in Milton Keynes, now seek an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team. An experienced Conveyancer, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team in the busy Residential Conveyancing department, where you will be given the opportunity to flourish with a huge amount of autonomy and plenty of ongoing CPD on offer. The Reward • Up to £55,000pa Depending on Experience • Hybrid Working Following Probation (2 Remote Days) • Discretionary Annual Bonus • Support in Gaining Professional Qualifications if Required • Pension • Realistic Caseload + Paralegal Support • Supportive, friendly & Collaborative Environment • Plenty of CPD & Career Progression Opportunities • 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays • 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday The Person • Either an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor • Must be able to commute to Milton Keynes on a daily basis • Be detail oriented with experience of Case Management systems • Be a strong and confident communicator, as well as a team player with a positive approach • Must be confident in managing your own caseload The Role • Managing your own full and varied caseload of Residential transactions, both sale and purchase • Providing clear and accurate advice to clients, in addition to liaising with concerned parties • Maintaining excellent client care, ensuring repeat business • Supervising junior team members
