Job description

The RoleOur client is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its Residential Property team based in Lichfield. The role involves supporting fee earners with a range of residential conveyancing matters within a busy and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Provide administrative and legal support to fee earners within the conveyancing team. • Assist with the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. • Prepare and draft standard correspondence and legal documentation. • Manage files, including opening, updating, and closing matters. • Carry out Land Registry and search-related tasks. • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties where appropriate. • Support with post-completion work and general conveyancing administration. • Deliver high standards of client care throughout all stages of a transaction. Candidate Requirements • Previous experience in a residential conveyancing or legal support role is desirable. • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. • Good understanding of the conveyancing process is advantageous. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach.
