Job description

The Opportunity A well-established specialist property law firm based in Central London is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 3–4 years' post-qualification experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to become part of a highly regarded practice that focuses exclusively on property matters. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of high-quality residential property transactions while working alongside experienced property specialists in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Re-mortgages • Transfers of equity • New build transactions • Shared ownership matters • Lease extensions and enfranchisement (desirable but not essential) • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors • Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction Candidate Profile The successful applicant will have: • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years pqe • Strong experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters independently • Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and client relationship skills • A proactive, commercial and solution-focused approach • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of client service What's on Offer • High-quality residential property work • A specialist property law environment with genuine expertise • Supportive and collaborative team culture • Modern Central London offices • Hybrid working arrangements • Competitive salary and benefits package • Genuine opportunities for career progression and professional development
