Job Title: Residential Host/Concierge Location: East London Job Type: Permanent Working Hours: 07:00 – 19:00, 4 days on / 4 days off Residential Host / Concierge | £30,500 PA | East London | Permanent What You’ll Be Doing as a Residential Host / Concierge • Deliver a premium hospitality experience for all residents, guests, and visitors. • Manage front desk logistics, secure parcel logging, and key distribution. • Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure amenity spaces and lounges look pristine. • Execute vital building safety checks, fire alarm tests, and log keeping. • Log maintenance requests on the digital platform and coordinate contractor access. What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in Build-to-Rent properties is a must for this role. • A professional Residential Concierge with a strong background in customer service. • Proficiency utilizing property management software and digital access systems. • Comfortable working a rolling shift pattern of 12-hour days on a four-day cycle. • Strong organization to enforce health, safety, and visual standards.
