You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ranging from straightforward freehold transactions through to complex leasehold, new build and technical property matters. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with significant experience in residential conveyancing. You will be comfortable handling a broad range of transactions, including more complex property matters, and will possess the technical expertise required to provide practical and commercially focused advice. The successful candidate will be confident supporting and developing junior lawyers, as well as be commercially aware, highly organised and committed to delivering exceptional levels of client service within a collaborative team environment.
