Residential Property Solicitor - Hybrid working

A well-established and approachable law firm in Haywards Heath is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join its Property team. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2–3 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) who is looking to join a supportive, close-knit team where their work is genuinely valued and recognised. The firm has built a strong local reputation for delivering a high level of client service while maintaining a friendly and collaborative working environment. You’ll be handling a varied residential property caseload, working closely with clients and other professionals, and playing an active role within a small, dedicated team. The role suits someone confident managing their own matters and comfortable communicating clearly and professionally throughout.
