Due to increased business levels, our client is looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the Portsmouth area. The role comes with access to leading report-writing software, structured support, and the opportunity to progress into Level 3 Surveys and further professional development. The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: • Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys • Undertake Red Book valuations • Conduct Level 3 surveys (training can be provided) • Produce clear, accurate, and client-focused reports • Manage your own workload and diary independently • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders • Maintain high professional and technical standards across all instructions Residential Surveyor requirements: • Minimum AssocRICS qualified • Experience completing Level 2 Surveys • Strong understanding of residential property and valuation principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organised, self-motivated, and detail-focused • Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer? • £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary • Bonus structure • On-target earnings of £60,000 – £70,000 • 25 days holiday + bank holidays • Car expenses • Healthcare package • Remote / home-based working Apply Today!
