An exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading consulting firms, supporting a fast-paced Turnaround & Restructuring practice. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right consultants are deployed to the right client projects while also supporting the firm's established Temporary Service Provider (TSP) programme.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
• Managing the day-to-day staffing of consultants across client engagements
• Matching resources based on skills, availability and business priorities
• Monitoring utilisation, capacity and upcoming resource requirements
• Producing resource planning reports and maintaining accurate staffing data
• Building strong relationships with Partners, consultants and key stakeholders
• Supporting the Temporary Service Provider programme, including contractor onboarding, compliance, supplier coordination and contract administration
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and resource planning
About You
We're looking for someone with:
• Previous experience in Resource Management, Staffing, Workforce Planning or Professional Staffing
• Experience within management consulting or another professional services environment (preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting
• Experience of resource planning systems would be advantageous
• Knowledge of contractor management, supplier coordination or contingent workforce processes is beneficial
