Job description

The OpportunityThis is a broad and commercially focused Reward position where you'll partner with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver reward solutions that attract, retain and motivate talent. Key responsibilities include: • Leading annual salary and pay review processes • Designing and developing reward frameworks and job evaluation methodologies • Conducting salary benchmarking, pay modelling and market analysis • Using data and insights to improve reward effectiveness and inform business decisions • Supporting reward projects from concept through to implementation • Advising leaders on reward strategy, pay decisions and governance • Driving continuous improvement across reward processes and systems • Promoting fair, transparent and inclusive reward practices They are looking for someone who brings: • Previous experience within Compensation, Reward or Total Rewards • Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, pay structures and reward principles • Excellent analytical and Excel skills, including modelling • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders across a complex organisation • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong project management skills • Experience working with HR systems (Workday experience is advantageous but not essential) • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be beneficial Why Apply?This organisation is recognised for creating an environment where people can build long-term careers and continue to develop professionally.
