RTA Paralegal / Fee Earner / Solicitor / FCILEx / Legal Executive / Legal Advisor / Litigation Executive / Claims Handler etc. – Multiple Opportunities Available: RTA Fast Track Litigation, OIC Portal & Recoveries LARGE UK LAW FIRM (Leeds city centre / Hybrid) - 2 days p/wk in office / 3 days WFH Our client is a well-established law firm seeking experienced RTA Paralegal (s) to join its growing Personal Injury department. Opportunities are available across three specialist teams and applications are welcomed from candidates with experience in any of the following areas. Fast Track RTA Litigation ******************************* (Leeds city centre / Hybrid) - 2 days p/wk in office / 3 days WFH This role involves managing your own caseload of Fast Track RTA claims through all stages of the investigation and litigation process. RTA Paralegal / Solicitor / FCILEx candidates must have previous experience of: • Managing a caseload of Fast Track RTA litigated claims. • Handling litigated RTA files. • Issuing Part 7 proceedings. • Managing post-issue litigation. • Progressing matters through to Trial. OIC Portal ************** (Leeds city centre / Hybrid) - 2 days p/wk in office / 3 days WFH This role involves managing a caseload of Fast Track RTA claims through all stages of the Official Injury Claim (OIC) Portal process. RTA Paralegal candidates must have previous experience of: • Managing their own caseload of OIC Portal claims. • Progressing Fast Track RTA matters through all stages of the OIC process. • Delivering excellent client service whilst managing a busy caseload. RTA Recoveries ******************** (Leeds city centre / Hybrid) - 2 days p/wk in office / 3 days WFH This role involves managing a caseload of litigated RTA recovery matters, ensuring claims are progressed efficiently whilst maximising recoveries and delivering high-quality claims handling. RTA Paralegal candidates must have previous experience of: • Managing a caseload of RTA litigated recovery or ULR claims. • Handling tasks associated with litigated recovery matters. • Investigating liability disputes and recovery issues. Knowledge of the Road Traffic Act and Article 75 provisions would be advantageous. About You: Personal Injury Paralegals -> RTA Paralegal / Fee Earner / Solicitor / FCILEx / Legal Executive / Legal Advisor / Litigation Executive / Claims Handler etc. - Litigation / OIC Portal / Recoveries (Leeds / Hybrid) • Previous experience of handling own caseload within an RTA or Personal Injury environment. • Strong organisational and case management skills. • Excellent communication and client care abilities. • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively within a busy team.
