Provide high quality, patient centred primary care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. Deliver consultations via face to face, telephone, and digital platforms, and develop appropriate management plans. Prescribe medications, request and interpret investigations, and make referrals to secondary care where required. Promote health and wellbeing through preventative care and patient education.
