Sales Administrator

£16 per hour Swindon (Hybrid) Initial 6 Months Your New Role As a Sales administrator, you will play an integral role in the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies. You will be responsible for the timely processing of customer orders through multiple order channels into NetSuite, as well as ensuring digital products are correctly provisioned on the appropriate platforms. Working with the customer at the centre of everything you do, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Retention, and Customer Services teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also contribute to ongoing operational excellence by identifying process improvements and supporting project-based initiatives within the Order Services function. Ensuring Your Success You will bring experience from an order processing or sales or administrative environment, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and how they support commercial and finance operations. You will be confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
