Pear Recruitment: Sales & Lettings Negotiator Location: Colliers Wood Salary - £24,000 + Commission (OTE £55,200 5 Day week - Monday to Friday: 9am -6.30pm, Every Saturday: 9am -4pm Day off during the week. Company Car / Car allowance 1-2 Years Experience Our client is currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a successful team based in Colliers Wood. An independent estate agency, established for over thirty-four years with an excellent local reputation for amazing customer service and client interaction. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting all aspects of the Sales and lettings department and drive business growth. • Consistently securing new sales and lettings business in line with monthly targets. • Responsible for own Sales progression until completion. • Arrange and carry out property viewings, providing expert advice to prospective buyers and tenants. • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. • Monitor local property market trends to provide informed advice to clients. • Always ensuring excellent customer service. Requirements: • Proven experience in Sales and Lettings within an estate agency. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent knowledge of the Southwest London property market.
