ROYAL PLATINUM Sales Assistant The Quadrant Centre Swansea We are looking for a friendly, confident, and talkative Sales Assistant to join our fragrance kiosk team. The ideal candidate will enjoy speaking with customers, have a positive attitude, and be confident approaching people to introduce them to our fragrances. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner • Offer fragrance testers and explain the different perfumes available • Recommend fragrances based on customers’ preferences • Confidently sell perfumes and achieve sales targets • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised kiosk and surrounding area • Provide excellent customer service at all times The ideal candidate: • Is friendly, approachable, and confident speaking to customers • Is talkative and enjoys interacting with people • Has a positive and enthusiastic attitude • Is comfortable approaching customers and promoting products • Has sales or retail experience (preferred but not essential) • Is reliable, hardworking, and well-presented No previous fragrance experience is required, as training will be provided for the right person.
