With a small team, big ambitions, and a genuine focus on brand, customers, and experience, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a key stage of growth. The Role You'll be the face and voice of the customer, taking ownership of the showroom's day-to-day operations while leading customer interactions across all channels. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone from a retail, showroom, or customer-facing background who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. If you're someone who enjoys being with customers rather than sitting behind a laptop all day, this could be the perfect opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Manage and convert sales leads from swatch requests, email enquiries, phone calls, showroom visits, and online channels. • Own the customer journey from initial enquiry through to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint. • Deliver outstanding customer service, handling questions, feedback, and issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. • Support order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales care to ensure customers receive a first-class experience. • Take ownership of the showroom environment, ensuring it consistently reflects the quality and values of the brand. • Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey. What You Need To Join • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with customers • Sales-driven mindset; retail, showroom or customer-facing experience preferred • Strong understanding of the customer journey and what great service looks like • A natural interest in design, furniture and interiors • Highly organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Why Join? • Real ownership and responsibility from day one. • Opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing brand. • Work alongside a passionate and ambitious team. • Be part of a business that genuinely cares about design, customers, and experience. If you care about great design, love working with customers, and want to play a key role in a growing brand, we'd love to hear from you.
