The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will: • Register buyers and match them with suitable properties • Arrange and conduct property viewings • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors • Progress sales through to completion • Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and vendors • Generate new business opportunities • Work closely with the mortgage and lettings teams to maximise referrals • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process • Assist with property valuations • Win new instructions • Deliver outstanding vendor care and support Sales Negotiator Requirements • Experience within estate agency, sales, customer service or hospitality • Previous estate agency experience is essential for Senior Sales Negotiator applicants • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • A proactive, target-driven approach • Strong organisational and time management skills • Good IT skills • Professional, personable and commercially minded • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • OTE of £35,000 - £45,000 • Car allowance or company car • End-of-year profit share bonus • Clear career progression opportunities • Comprehensive training and development programme • Reward and recognition incentives • Health & wellbeing programme • Pension scheme • Generous holiday allowance with additional days for service and performance • Birthday off every year Apply Today!
