Sales Negotiator

Dove and Hawk are delighted to offer this fantastic opportunity to join this leading independent Estate Agency based in Edgware, who are looking for an eager Sales Agent to join their team and help them with all their future properties. Duties: • Understand the company's business priorities and use the daily structure to ensure you are focused on key activities that achieve the core objectives. • Consistently provide exceptional client services to ensure we deliver on commitments to retain clients and ensure customer and client satisfaction. • Monitor own performance against targets and take action to improve volume/conversions. • Source and generate market appraisals through agreed tasks and phone calls. • Keeping vendors updated regularly and maintaining a relationship with them.
