You will register and qualify buyers, arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate offers, build relationships with vendors and purchasers, and help deliver a professional, high-quality sales service across Hillingdon and the surrounding areas. What's in it for you (Benefits): • £25,000 basic salary with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000-£50,000 • Opportunity to join a respected, award-winning independent estate agency • Supportive team environment with mentoring and career development • Busy local market with strong buyer and vendor activity • Excellent earning potential within an established and growing residential sales team The Company: • Independent, award-winning sales and lettings agency with an excellent local reputation • Established presence across West London and the Hillingdon area • Supportive business that values training, mentoring and long-term career progression What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator • Register and qualify potential buyers, matching them to suitable residential properties • Arrange and conduct property viewings across Hillingdon and nearby areas • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to secure successful sales • Progress agreed sales through to completion, keeping all parties updated • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, purchasers and applicants • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience): • Previous experience as a residential Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or Property Sales Consultant • Strong sales, negotiation and closing ability • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Confident telephone manner and professional approach • Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Good knowledge of Hillingdon, Uxbridge and the surrounding residential sales market would be advantageous • Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred • Well-presented, ambitious and passionate about residential property Is this the role for you?
