The Role As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will: • Register and qualify applicants • Arrange and book property viewings • Conduct accompanied viewings when required • Handle offers and negotiate between buyers and vendors • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process • Support the branch by covering appointments when required • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the team Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements • Previous experience within estate agency or residential sales • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Professional, proactive, and motivated approach • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • Up to £30,000 basic salary • £35,000 OTE • Numerous additional benefits • Clear career progression opportunities • Opportunity to join a growing and innovative estate agency Working hours • Full-time working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm) • Alternate Saturdays with a half-day in lieu Apply Today!
