We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and reputable estate agency in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and is looking to progress their career within a supportive and collaborative team. The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will: • Arrange and conduct property viewings • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors • Manage sales progression from offer agreed through to completion • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and the wider team to ensure transactions progress smoothly • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients • Assist with property valuations and listings when required • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Sales Negotiator Requirements • Minimum of 1 year's estate agency sales experience • Full UK driving licence • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service • Able to work independently while contributing to a successful team • Organised, proactive, and target-driven What's on Offer? • Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) • On Target Earnings of upto £35,000 • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Standard pension scheme • Supportive team environment with opportunities for career development Working hours • Full-time • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm • Alternate Saturdays Apply Today!
