Pear Recruitment: Sales Negotiator Location: Uxbridge Salary: Basic £22,000 - £25,000 + Com OTE £35,000 - £40,000 + Car Allowance Hours: Mon – Fri every other Saturday Full UK Driving Licence Required At least 6 months Experienced required for this role An award-winning independent estate and letting agents is currently looking for self-motivated and talented Sales Negotiator who can contribute to their team. Responsibilities involve all aspects of property sales, dealing with enquiries, arranging viewing, valuation and mortgage appointments, negotiating sales and following them through to completion. The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service. Previous Estate Agency experience is essential along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities. The Role • Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers and sellers. • Register, qualify, and match applicants with suitable properties. • Arrange and conduct viewings, providing exceptional customer service. • Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities. • Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion. • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors, and other stakeholders. • Provide regular client updates and ensure excellent communication throughout. • Ensure offers are financially qualified, accurately presented, and confirmed in writing. • Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to branch growth. • Maintain accurate CRM records, including applicant details, feedback, and sales progression.
