Sales Order Processor

My client is looking for several Sales Order Processors to join their friendly team. Due to company expansion and growth, we are seeking experienced individuals who excel in customer service and order processing. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in using CRM systems and has an excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. There are various shift patterns average 8.5 hours per day some Monday - Friday but will some include 1 or 2 weekend shifts depending on your shift choice. There is overtime to be had too if wanted. Day-to-day of the role: • Handle customer inquiries over the phone, assisting with product selection and order processing. • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and ensure accurate order entry. • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs ensuring their orders are met • Maintain strong customer relations by ensuring all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care. • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and customer service standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Sales Order Processor or similar role in customer service and order handling. • Strong proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and process orders. • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
