We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our Brighton Events Team as Sales Representatives. No previous sales experience is required â“ we provide ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills and succeed. About the Role As a Sales Representative, you'll attend a variety of sites, speaking with members of the public to raise awareness and secure regular donations for well-known charities. This is a face-to-face sales role, so you'll need to be confident engaging with people and passionate about making a positive impact. The role involves travelling to different event locations, so flexibility and reliability are essential. What We're Looking For: Must be 18 years of age or older Positive, friendly, and professional attitude Strong communication and people skills Willingness to travel to event locations Eagerness to learn and develop in a sales environment Available to work on a full-time basis What You'll Receive Ongoing sales and product training Continued coaching and support from experienced team members Opportunities to develop valuable communication and sales skills Pay This is a self-employed, commission-only position. Earnings are based on the successful donations you secure while fundraising for our charity partners.
