• Annual Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 plus potential commission

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Support Administrator to join a thriving business in the local area.
This role is crucial for reaching out to target companies, introducing our business, and effectively starting conversations to qualify interest.
You will play a key role in booking meetings for senior members and helping build a repeatable pipeline of opportunities across our piling, underpinning, and repairs services.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective clients and target businesses.
• Introduce the group’s services across piling, underpinning, repairs, and related specialist construction services.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Arrange meetings, calls, and introductions for senior members of the business.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key contacts.
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations, activity, follow-ups, and opportunities within the CRM.
• Use HubSpot, or a similar CRM, to manage pipeline activity properly.
• Follow up leads consistently and professionally until a clear outcome is reached.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and wider team to focus on priority targets and sectors.
• Help build a steady pipeline of meetings, enquiries, and tender opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, business development, or lead generation.
• A track record of generating opportunities, appointments, or new business through proactive outbound activity.
• Strong and confident telephone manner.
• Comfortable speaking to new contacts every day and handling rejection professionally.
• Experience using a CRM system, ideally HubSpot.
• Organised, self-motivated, and good at managing follow-up activity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, energy, and genuine drive to win business.
• Able to work full-time from the Barnet office, five days per week.
