Salary banding DOE: £30 - £35k

Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Sales Support Operative to join a growing and fast-paced business based in Uxbridge. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, working closely with customers and internal teams, and ensuring orders are managed efficiently from receipt through to completion.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will provide essential support to the sales function by managing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, resolving queries and liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The successful candidate will receive full training with genuine opportunities to progress into an Account Manager position as the business continues to grow
Person / Experience Required
- Previous experience within a Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Order Processing role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive approach with the ability to chase information and resolve issues independently.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Skills Required
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage customer orders from start to finish.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs desirable but not essential).
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude.
