SALT (Speech and Language Therapist) Salary: Band 7 Contract: Full-time Location: Kingston Make a Real Difference We are working with a highly regarded college dedicated to supporting young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities to achieve independence, confidence, and success. We are seeking a passionate and motivated SALT to join a supportive multidisciplinary team in Kingston. The Role You will support students with a range of communication needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. Working closely with education and therapy teams, you will deliver person-centred interventions that help students thrive. Key responsibilities include: • Assessing communication and swallowing needs • Delivering individual and group therapy sessions • Promoting a total communication approach • Supporting and training staff teams • Working collaboratively within integrated services About You • Qualified Speech and Language Therapist • HCPC registered • Experience or strong interest in learning disabilities and/or autism • Passionate about person-centred and functional practice • Strong team player with excellent communication skills • Qualified in dysphagia Benefits • Flexible working options available • Excellent CPD and career progression opportunities • Supportive multidisciplinary environment • Wellbeing and employee benefits package
