On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Test Lead (Tricentis Tosca) for a 12 Month contract based in Newport (Wales) - Hybrid 2-3 times per week in the office). Join us as a SAP S/4HANA Test Lead (Tricentis Tosca) As SAP S/4HANA Test Lead (Tricentis Tosca) you will join a major SAP transformation programme. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the testing strategy across a large-scale S/4HANA implementation, leading onsite and offshore teams, and ensuring a successful programme delivery through to go-live. What you'll do: • Define, own, and execute the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing strategy across the transformation programme. • Lead all testing phases, including SIT, End-to-End, UAT, regression, and test automation activities. • Manage and mentor onsite and offshore testing teams, providing leadership and direction across the wider testing function. • Collaborate with Programme Leadership, Functional Leads, and System Integrators to ensure testing requirements are aligned with programme objectives. • Drive defect management, risk mitigation, test governance, reporting, and quality assurance standards. • Champion the use of Tricentis Tosca and testing best practices to improve efficiency, coverage, and delivery quality. The skills you'll need: • Proven experience leading testing workstreams on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes. • Extended SAP programme experience, including leadership of complex testing initiatives. • Strong hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca and test automation frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide test strategies and governance models. • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing programme leadership and business teams. • Experience managing distributed teams, including offshore resources, within large-scale transformation environments.
