Lead Scheduler & Customer Operations Coordinator Location – West Lothian Full-Time | Permanent Salary - £33,000 - £37,000 per annum Reed Recruitment are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Lead Scheduler & Customer Operations Coordinator. Our client, a growing and ambitious business in the renewable energy sector, is seeking the right candidate to become the operational hub of their customer journey. You'll be the person making sure the right engineer is in the right place at the right time, customers are always kept in the loop, and jobs move seamlessly from survey to installation and beyond. The Role The successful candidate will take ownership of engineer and subcontractor scheduling across surveys, installations, servicing and reactive call-outs, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and optimising engineer and subcontractor diaries. • Coordinating appointments and maintaining excellent communication with customers. • Monitoring live jobs and responding quickly when schedules need to change. • Ensuring surveys, installations and servicing visits are fully prepared with the necessary information and documentation. • Maintaining accurate CRM and job management records. • Working closely with operational, technical and commercial teams to improve efficiency and customer outcomes. • Supporting reporting, performance monitoring and continuous process improvement. About You The ideal candidate will have: • Experience within scheduling, planning or service coordination. • Previous experience supporting a field-based workforce. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • A customer-focused approach and the ability to manage expectations professionally. • Experience using CRM, scheduling or work-order management systems. • The ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions when priorities change. Desirable • Experience working within renewables or trades- based company • Experience supporting service contracts, warranties or aftercare programmes. Why Apply?
