Science Teacher - Independent School - Dorking - Sep 2026 We are seeking a talented Teacher of Science to join a thriving department from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to teach motivated students, contribute to outstanding academic outcomes, and play an active role in the pastoral and wider life of the school. About the School This well-established co-educational independent school educates approximately 400 pupils aged 11-18. It is recognised for its excellent academic standards alongside a genuine commitment to pupil wellbeing, character development, creativity, confidence and compassion. As part of a collaborative family of schools with international partnerships, staff benefit from shared expertise, professional collaboration and opportunities to contribute to an enriched and forward-thinking curriculum. About the Science Department The successful candidate will join a supportive and experienced department comprising: • Six full-time Science Teachers • Three part-time Science Teachers • Two dedicated Science Technicians • An experienced and highly skilled Learning Development Department The department is collaborative, well-resourced and committed to delivering engaging, high-quality Science education.
