About the RoleAs a Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the Science curriculum, creating a positive learning environment where students can develop their knowledge, practical skills, and enthusiasm for scientific discovery. The role is to start on 1st September 2026 and will be for the full academic year. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Inspire students to develop a passion for scientific learning. Assess, monitor, and support student progress and attainment. Deliver practical experiments safely and effectively. Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student success and departmental objectives. What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting. Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. A commitment to raising achievement and supporting all learners.
