Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate considering a career in education, or someone with relevant youth work or support experience, we would love to hear from you. Role Responsibilities • Supporting students in the classroom to enhance learning and engagement. • Working alongside teachers to deliver effective lessons. • Providing one-to-one and small group support. • Assisting students with additional learning needs where required. • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. • Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting student wellbeing. • Supporting pupils both academically and socially throughout the school day. The Ideal Candidate Will Have • Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A patient, proactive, and positive attitude. • The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff. • A genuine passion for supporting secondary-aged pupils. • Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
