Secure Logistics Driver

Right Now Group are recruiting for a Secure Logistics Driver on behalf of a leading secure logistics business based in Feltham. This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist operation responsible for the secure transportation and handling of high-value consignments across London and the South East. This is far more than a standard delivery driving role. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable delivering exceptional customer service whilst dressed in a business suit as they are loading valuable consignments into an armoured Luton vehicle. One day you may be delivering to luxury retailers, private clients, or exclusive events, while the next you'll be supporting the wider logistics operation to ensure high-value shipments are delivered safely, securely, and on time. The successful candidate will enjoy variety, take pride in their appearance, be physically fit, and have a flexible approach to working hours. Overtime is regularly available for those looking to maximise their earnings. Key Responsibilities of a Secure Logistics Driver • Safely transport high-value consignments across London and the South East using company vehicles, including armoured Luton vans • Deliver exceptional customer service whilst representing the business in a professional manner at all times • Attend luxury retailers, corporate offices, private residences, hotels, exclusive venues, and customer locations • Load, unload, and safely handle valuable consignments, ensuring they remain secure throughout the transportation process • Wear company business attire and maintain a smart, professional appearance at all times • Carry out daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles remain clean, secure, and roadworthy • Complete delivery documentation accurately and maintain a secure chain of custody • Assist with warehouse and operational duties when required to support the wider team • Follow all company security procedures and operational standards • Work flexibly to meet operational requirements, including variable start times and regular overtime Skills & Experience Required for a Secure Logistics Driver • Full UK Driving Licence with a good driving record • Previous experience within logistics, delivery driving, secure transport, removals, warehouse operations, or customer-facing delivery roles • Comfortable driving Luton-sized vehicles • Physically fit and happy lifting and moving boxes throughout the working day • Smart, professional, and confident dealing with customers and VIP clientele • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Flexible approach to working hours and operational requirements • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work with confidential, high-value goods • Good geographical knowledge of London and the surrounding areas would be advantageous Security Requirements for a Secure Logistics DriverDue to the secure nature of this role, the successful candidate must be able to successfully complete: • Basic DBS Check • Credit Check • Full 10-Year Employment & Address History Verification • Right to Work Verification • Additional security screening where required Salary & Benefits for a Secure Logistics Driver • Salary of £35,000 per annum • Overtime opportunities available • Monday to Friday working pattern • Flexible start and finish times to support operational requirements • Company pension scheme • Full training provided • Long-term career opportunity within a market-leading secure logistics business Why Apply for this Secure Logistics Driver Position?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected secure logistics business where no two days are the same.
