• Learning Support Assistant • Full-time (Monday to Friday) • Bromley Secondary School • Start Date: September • Ongoing The Role In this role you will be supporting pupils with additional learning needs across both Key stage 3 and key stage 4. You will work closely with the pupils on a 1 to 1 and small group basis to support them across a range of academic lessons. You should have a calm and consistent approach and be committed to supporting pupils to make progress and overcome learning barriers. You will work closely with the SENDCO and subject teachers, providing assessments and reports. This vacancy is on a full-time basis running until the end of the academic year with the possibility of going permanent or extending into next academic year Philosophy Education Philosophy Education is a specialist education recruitment company for teachers and support staff in London. Our highly experienced team are able to support teachers to find the work that they are looking for and are able to offer flexible and part-time work as well as full-time roles. We offer short-term cover work as well as long-term and permanent teaching roles in KS3,KS4 & KS5. Alongside class teachers, we also recruit experienced teachers for non-classroom based intervention and specialist subject teaching positions and senior leadership roles. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. We pay to scale for all long-term positions. All staff are required to complete our full registration process in line with 'DfE Keeping Children Safe in Education' guidance.
