SEN Teacher – Doncaster Location: Doncaster Pay: £150–£220 per day (dependent on experience, qualifications, and assignment) Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Long-Term Opportunities Available Agency: Protocol Education SEN Teacher – Make a Lasting ImpactProtocol Education is seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to work in specialist schools and SEND provisions across Doncaster. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment. We are looking for adaptable and committed teachers who can deliver engaging lessons while meeting the individual needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. • Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary. • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies. • Implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans effectively. The Ideal Candidate • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. • Experience working with SEND pupils in mainstream or specialist settings is desirable. • Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • A patient, resilient, and flexible approach to teaching. • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
