You will work closely with teaching assistants, the SENCO, families, and external professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive. The successful candidate will have: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Experience teaching primary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN or inclusive setting. • A sound understanding of a range of Special Educational Needs and effective strategies to support learning. • Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills. • A positive, patient, and adaptable approach with a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
