SEN Teaching Assistant (Complex Needs) - HaringeyFull-Time | September Start | Haringey Tradewind Recruitment are working alongside a supportive secondary school in Haringey to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a student with significant care and medical needs on a full-time basis. This role would suit someone with experience in education, care, support work or healthcare who is passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential. Your Responsibilities • Providing dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day • Supporting all aspects of personal care and toileting • Assisting with feeding during breaks and lunchtime • Ensuring allergy procedures are followed at all times • Supporting safe arrival and departure each day • Encouraging independence wherever possible • Working alongside school staff and external agencies Hours are 8:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
