SEN Teaching Assistant

If so, you might be the person we’re looking for! We are looking for two compassionate, energetic, and flexible individuals to join our dedicated team of SEN Teaching Assistants. This role is perfect for individuals who want more than a job, they want purpose. You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs in a specialist setting where education is bespoke, personalised, and built around each child’s unique journey. 08:30 – 15:30 | Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only Full-time preferred for pupil continuity, but part-time can be discussed • Smaller class sizes than mainstream schools • Higher staff-to-pupil ratios for better support • A purposeful, nurturing environment • A team that champions collaboration and care • A chance to genuinely change lives every day Our pupils deserve consistency, so full-time is ideal, but we’re open to discussing part-time for the right person. We also need adaptable team members who can support across different classes when needed. Flexibility is key here, but you’ll never be without the support of your colleagues.
