SEN Teaching Assistants / LSAs - South London
Are you an experienced TA or LSA looking for the freedom to work flexibly, choose your own schedule, and gain experience across a range of exciting settings?
SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a number of fantastic primary schools and SEN settings across South London, and we're actively seeking talented, committed TAs and LSAs for day-to-day and short-term supply work.
About the roles:
• SEN TA/LSA positions across South London
• Day-to-day, short-term and block bookings available
• Regular work throughout the school year
• Supporting pupils across a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD and complex needs
• Well-resourced classrooms with strong, collaborative staff teams
• Backed by supportive and experienced Senior Leadership Teams (SLT)

What you'll need:
• Experience working as a TA, LSA or 1:1 support in a primary or SEN setting
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to different school environments
• A positive, proactive and professional approach
