Special Needs Assistant Barnet Borough Late September Start Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant, who has worked with children with special needs? Sanza Teaching is working with a lovely primary school in East Barnet, North London, which is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant for the new academic year. The role: • Working with a child who will be starting at the school from the end of September/beginning of October • He has quite complex special needs needs; Autism and is non-verbal • The Head is seeking an experienced SEND Assistant, ideally with PECS and Makaton experience • Full time role, Monday to Friday for the academic year • 8.15am - 3.45pm • Salary: £95-100 per day, depending on experience You: • You must have experience working in a primary school with children with special needs • PECS and Makaton experience would be very welcome • You should be patient, calm and adaptable • As you will be working with a range of people as part of the role, you must be a good communicator and accurate record keeper. • The School: Lovely, oversubscribed 2 form entry school Established senior leadership team who are highly committed to the school On-road parking If you have experience working with children with special needs and you are available full time for the full academic year, please APPLY TODAY! #INDSANZA
