Leadership and overall responsibility for the Teams business support function, including developing and managing the teams business plan, progress and reporting risk and issue management.Support senior management with formulating report content, and collating data for reporting.Manage all corporate business returns, including planning and workforce returns.Develop and implement a content management system to ensure information is properly managed and best practice is shared across the team, Directorate, and the wider NHS organisation.Take a lead in the coordination of training & development and recruitment activity across the Team.Oversight and management of all aspects of the Team budgets.Lead in the coordination of team events and communications internally and externally.To act as senior Information Asset Administrator (IAA) and work with the Information Asset Owner (IAO) on matters relating to Information Governance. Lead on the reporting of safeguarding information governance incidents in accordance with defined protocols. Responsible for monitoring safeguarding records management policy and procedures, supporting compliance across safeguarding business functions. Lead on all major projects across multi-agency programmes including seeking funding, writing bids, and project managing large scale projects.Coordinate the completion of all local, regional and national data requirements and submissions to NHSE and other organisations as required. Programme management for relevant projects and workstreams.Take the lead on the coordination of team assurance for internal and external audits, reviews, and inspections, liaising with the Safeguarding Adult Boards, and Safeguarding Children Partnerships, CQC and Local Authorities.Oversight and leadership of the business management functions of the Child Death Overview Panel and Child Death Review team, providing support, guidance and management of processes and protocols.Promote quality and equality, continually reviewing and improving our processes to benefit the population and health and social care economy.The job description is an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role, and the job specification is an outline of the skills, experience and qualities needed.
