Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced SEND Lawyer to join their expanding team. Your work will include: • Advising on Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) • Appeals to the First-tier Tribunal (SEND) • School and local authority disputes • Disability discrimination claims • Judicial review matters where appropriate • Working closely with families, schools and external professionals • Managing your own caseload with autonomy whilst receiving support from an experienced team What We're Looking For The successful candidate is likely to have: • Experience handling SEND or education law matters • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent experience • Excellent client care and communication skills • Strong advocacy, negotiation and case management abilities • A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting clients • The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to the wider team The Package In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will benefit from: • Flexible working arrangements • Full or part-time working options • Generous annual leave • Company pension • Ongoing professional development and training • Supportive and collaborative working culture • Modern IT systems and administrative support • The opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected Derbyshire practice Why Speak to CRA Consulting?
