We're seeking a dedicated Early Years SEND Teacher for a school in North Yorkshire. This role is ideal for someone who understands that progress isn't always loud and sometimes it's a look, a word, or a small step forward that only you notice
The RoleYou'll work across specialist and alternative provisions, supporting pupils who need consistency, structure, and genuine understanding.
• Plan and deliver personalised learning tailored to individual needs
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Work collaboratively with TAs, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Support pupils with ASD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex needs
• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour with empathy and skill

Requirements
• QTS or significant experience in SEND settings
