We are seeking a dedicated teacher to work with KS3 students working at a lower ability level, delivering a primary-style curriculum in small, supportive groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a nurturing, personalised learning environment.
The Role:
• Teaching KS3 students working at primary level
• Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across the core curriculum
• Working with small class sizes to provide tailored support
• Supporting students with additional needs, including SEMH
The Ideal Candidate:
• Experience teaching the primary curriculum
• Confident working with lower ability KS3 students
• Experience supporting SEMH needs (highly desirable)
• Patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education
• QTS is not required
