Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Kidderminster that support students with severe learning difficulites (SLD), complex needs and challenging behaviour. About the RoleAs a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: • Support students with SEND, both in and out of the classroom • Implement behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques • Work 1:1 or with small groups to help pupils re-engage with learning • Build trusting, professional relationships that promote positive behaviour • Assist teachers in creating a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment • Contribute to behaviour plans and pastoral support programmes • Access to a Vehicle.
