As a Senior Biomedical Scientist you will; Deliver a high quality histology service Perform biomedical diagnostic testing, interpretation and reporting, through to quality control. Keep records of specimens, results, reagents and consumables. Support the organisation in validating and assessing new equipment and developing new diagnostic procedures. To succeed as a Senior Biomedical Scientist you will have; Relevant laboratory experience in Histopathology, multi-disciplinary biomedical science experience is an advantage, however training will be provided. Good working knowledge of different analytical equipment in a range of multi-disciplinary techniques. Great communication skills Ability to work well both within a small team and alone The ability to understand how vital it is to maintain good customer relationships and provide a high levels of service within a modern pathology laboratory.
