Senior / Associate Building Surveyor - Manchester £55,000 to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits I’m working on a confidential instruction with a growing multi disciplinary consultancy in Manchester looking to appoint a Chartered Senior or Associate Building Surveyor. This is a key hire into an established but expanding office, with a strong pipeline of work and clear growth plans. The role offers a broad mix of project and professional work, currently including: • Facade remediation projects • Fire related instructions • Defect diagnosis • Condition surveys • Wider commercial and residential Building Surveying work You would be joining a collaborative team and stepping into a position where you can: • Take ownership of projects • Support and mentor junior surveyors • Play a visible role in the growth of the Manchester office The business itself has built a strong reputation across the built environment, particularly within complex and high risk buildings, and offers a genuinely supportive and progressive culture.
